By accessing or using the MEGASON CRM platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including any organization or entity on whose behalf you are using the Service.

MEGASON CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that provides tools for managing customer data, sales pipelines, tasks, communications, and business analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and includes: • Customer and contact management • Sales pipeline and lead tracking • Task and project management • AI-powered insights and automation • Reporting and analytics • Team collaboration tools

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use • Ensuring all users added to your account comply with these Terms You may not use another person's account without their explicit permission. Accounts may not be shared among multiple individuals.

Access to the Service requires a valid subscription. Payment terms are specified in your subscription agreement. Key terms include: • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access • Taxes may apply based on your location

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation • Store or transmit infringing, libelous, or unlawful content • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other destructive code • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CÔNG TY TNHH GIẢI PHÁP CÔNG NGHỆ MEGASON and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MEGASON. Customer data remains the property of the customer. MEGASON claims no ownership over data you store within the Service.

In no event shall CÔNG TY TNHH GIẢI PHÁP CÔNG NGHỆ MEGASON, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
